Lampshade Making Workshop {own fabric}
Description
Come along and make your very own lampshade/light shade designed by you to fit with your interior design style. All you need to do is bring along your fabric of choice. There are three size options for a drum lampshade, you can make a 20cm (in diameter) lampshade, which is perfect for a table lamp, or hung from a ceiling pendant, a 30cm, or a 40cm lampshade, which can sit on a large lamp base or a standard lamp. There's also an option to make an empire shaped lampshade which is 40cm at the bottom and gently slopes in to 35cm to the top. It's suitable for a medium sized lamp base or in particular looks fantastic on a standard lamp. This is not suitable for a ceiling pendant. Please note that this booking is for a 20cm shade and if you'd like to upgrade to a larger size, you can do that on the day. If you'd like to upgrade you can do it on the day and pay the additional amount on the day too. The additional amount would be between £10 and £15 depending on your size and style choice. All you need to do is choose and bring along your own light or medium weight fabric. Nothing with a stretch to it and not an upholstery Fabric as they are too thick. A printed cotton, Calico or velvet works well. If you bring a metre, this is plenty and it needs to be a maximum width of 135cm for the largest shade. Then I will supply all of the other resources, tools, and guidance. Together we can make a beautiful professional looking lampshade that will look stunning in your home and something to be proud of.
