"Wow, such a wonderful experience! I was gifted a full day lampworking course and I loved every second. Whilst I was a little daunted at how difficult it might be, Suzanne was an excellent teacher and really put me at ease, she was happy to show her techniques as many times as I needed and I really enjoyed chatting as we made beads in the studio. "I booked this course as a gift for my daughter's 16th birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Suzanne is absolutely lovely, her workshop is well equipped and such a lovely, inspiring space. My daughter said Suzanne was very patient and explained everything to her and she really enjoyed having a go at everything. She was so inspired by Suzanne and is desperate to do more! My daughter loved receiving all the beads in the post and was very enthusiastic telling me how she made each of them! I would definitely recommend doing the course, my daughter absolutely loved it!"

"Me and my partner did the 3 hour wkshop with Suzanne, something I’ve fancied trying for ages. We loved it! Suzanne was really clear with her demos and continued to be on hand at every stage when we had a go. She was v patient and happy to remind us what to do throughout. Her studio is lovely and comfortable to work in and her family were lovely when we invaded to use the loo! I really want to do this again, it’s quite addictive. We’ve just received our beads, which we were really chuffed with. She even included her demo beads for us too. Can’t recommend this highly enough. I’ve done quite a few workshops over the years using a variety of media. This tops them all, it was fab! Thank you Suzanne! X"

"What a fabulous experience! I didn't know what to expect and was very impressed indeed. Suzanne is a natural teacher, she goes at an appropriate pace for the learner and everything feels very relaxed and controlled. She does not patronise and there is a huge selection of colours to choose from to enjoy your creativity. The studio is a lovely environment for learning and we both thoroughly enjoyed our morning. We will definitely be back and I can see myself returning regularly while in the area for further development in the skill. "What an amazing and enjoyable day exploring lampwork bead techniques with Suzanne. I didn't really know what to expect but I had bought some jewelry from Suzanne at an art fair and fancied treating myself to learning how to make beads. Suzanne is an excellent teacher and took me through the steps from creating a simple glass bead to making highly decorated beads. You don't need any experience of jewelry making so these workshops are perfect for beginners as well as more experienced makers. I found the lampwork process to be fascinating and engaging and Suzanne was very encouraging - I'll definitely be coming back for more! PS - the workshop was given to me as a present via gift voucher issued by Suzanne and I highly recommend it if you are looking for an unusual gift for someone who like to be creative."
