Silver Clay Jewellery Making Workshop
Description
This is a magical experience. Come and learn how to create some beautiful unique silver jewellery, pendants, earrings or charms. You will be able to design and try out your design before making it with the silver clay. We can add texture, a range of cutters, natural items to make a mold, or go for it freestyle. We will dry it, fire it and finish it off during the session so you can wear your creation home with pride or have it in a gift box ready for someone special. You will work with 7g of silver clay. This will make a large pendant, 2 medium sized pendants, or a medium pendant and a set of small earrings. It depends on the size of your design. Your creations will be solid silver (99.9%). If you wish to try to incorporate something from home or from your garden into your piece, please feel free to bring it along. The session is for 3.5 hours session. We will aim to pop your creations through the barrel polisher during the session if time allows. Otherwise they will be ready for posting or collection the following day. The barrel polisher gives them a fabulous sparkly shine. No experience necessary. You can bring along something like a leaf, fossil or shell for example if you would like to use this in your design.
