Martin is a professionally qualified teacher with many year’s experience of teaching stained glass courses in Sheffield, Chesterfield and throughout South Yorkshire. He specialises in teaching stained glass but also runs fused glass and glass painting one day workshops. Martin has taught stained glass classes for Sheffield College and Chesterfield College. Martin is also a member of the Contemporary Glass Society (CGS) and the Artist Network.

"A very enjoyable day. Nice atmosphere. The day was over before we knew it. Laura was very helpful and a good teacher. She kept the class running to time and was able to walk around the class to ensure everyone was okay with what they were doing. Would definitely recommend the class. "

"A group of 7 of us did a bespoke workshop. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Organisational was easy and the course was run brilliantly. Everyone had a great time and came away with new skills and stained glass pane too. Also, the facility was excellent, dedicated workspaces, all the tools and equipment you would need. A very entertaining day. Kate was really good, explained everything very clearly, demonstrated everything very clearly, and was helpful and encouraging throughout. Kate is a brilliant teacher, very engaging, and able to relate effectively to people with varied skill levels - highly recommend a day with her! "

"Had such a lovely day making my glass Christmas decorations last weekend, Kate was a great teacher, clear and concise in showing us and then letting us crack on but around and keeping an eye on us. The studio was well equipped with everything we needed. The pace of the day was perfect too. I came away with 3 decorations which I'm really happy with, Thankyou much! "
