"Oh boy, where to begin. Vicky is patient, clear, articulate and funny! My daughter and I had a marvellous time making willow hedgehogs which are so cute. The environment was perfect, tea, coffee and biscuits all available. And now we are both actively looking to book on Vicky's other courses. "I wanted to try felting but had trouble finding something modern and contemporary. Then I discovered Penny’s kits. I chose the purple heather colours and made two lovely felted soaps. Wanting to make more in soft greens, Penny kindly allowed me to purchase the wool separately. All four now sit together on display in my cottage bathroom, and I absolutely love them."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the course as a beginner with a very pleasant tutor. We were able to take away the crochet needle and yarn however some takeaway instructions would be helpful. One other issue re the venue - it was very cold in there so in the winter wrap up as it was at times uncomfortable, we were offered hot beverages which were much appreciated. "

"The workshop provided an excellent introduction to making a drum lampshade in a relaxed environment. Sarah, the tutor, walked us through the stages, offering helpful tips and advice along the way. Due to the small class size she was able to provide us all with individual attention throughout. At the end of the class, we all came away with our own completed lampshade and I feel that I acquired sufficient knowledge to tackle my next lampshade project!"
